Some employees says that our employer have paid Taxes from our Salary so we don't have to file Income Tax Return. It's not correct even when Employer deduct TDS from Salary every person who's Income Exceeds maximum amount chargeable to Tax (In case of AY 2020-21 Rs. 2,50,000/-) have to file Income Tax Return.
